Visit From Papa and Nana

Addisyn's Papa and Nana (Ben's Dad and Step Mom) came to visit us this last weekend! Although it was short it sure was fun!

We went to the doctors today for our ultrasound and we found out that we are having a girl! I will post pictures later! It took forever to find out because she kept wiggling all around but she finally slowed down so we could see!

Little Feet get stuck in Little Places

We had quit the experience at Walmart tonight! Ben, Addisyn, and I were almost done with our grocery shopping when Addisyn decided to get her foot stuck in the cart! I thought I was being a good parent by making her sit correctly in the child seat in the cart but even in the right place bad things can happen! She had taken off her shoes, and stuck her foot between the bars below were she was sitting! So we tried to pull it out and her ankle started swelling up from us trying to tug it out! So we finally gave up and took her to customer service to see if they had a solution and a nice lady gave me some Vaseline to try and that didn't work. So then Ben and this lady's husband tried to pull on the bars to open it a little and that didn't work so finally they had to bring out a bolt cutter and they had to cut the metal bars to finally get her foot out! Then they got her an ice pack and a cookie to make it all better! I was totally embarrassed but really glad that she was O.K.! So a note to myself and others, make sure kids leave there shoes on in the grocery cart because little feet fit in really small places and get stuck! I think I will put shoes on her that she can not get off easily while using any grocery carts! Isn't being a parent fun!

Finally Baby #2

We are finally pregnant with Baby #2! We are all really excited! Our due date is February 8, 2009 and I am 14 weeks along! This ultra sound picture was from our last appointment so it doesn't really look like anything, but in 4 weeks we will go for our 18 week ultrasound and hopefully we will find out what it is! I had a doctors appointment today (great birthday present) and we heard the heartbeat and I think everything sounds good so far! I am just happy to be through the first trimester and be over with the morning sickness!

This last weekend we went camping with our friends, we of course had a ton of fun! Our friend Cory brought his 4-wheelers and we had a lot of fun on them especially Ben and Addisyn!I'm having problems with my blog so I am sorry I don't have an explanation for each picture!

   I decided to give Addisyn some ice cream the other day. And this is what happened!

New Calling

So I just got a new calling in our ward and I am kind of nervous about it! I am now the Enrichment leader, and I hope that I can do it good! I just hope that I can find a way to keep the board members happy and also have activities that will uplift the sisters in our ward! I get really shy around people I don't know. So I guess I am going to have to get over that one fast! If anyone has any fun suggestions for this calling let me know! I have talked to Kristy a lot about it because she used to be the RS presidency, which has helped out a lot!! 

Helping Uncle Jeff do laundry!

Jeff (my brother) came to visit us for a few days before he leaves to go home.

He being a poor college student did his laundry at our house, and Addisyn was more then happy to help! She especially liked wearing in his socks for him! LOL! She even helped him fold his laundry. 

She is really missing him, now all she talks about is uncle Jeff!

Delivering the cupcakes

Our ward had our Relief Society birthday party a couple weeks ago, and the presidency decided to hand out cupcakes to all those that did not come. Well I am on the enrichment board so I got to help out and so did Addisyn! We had lot's of fun. 

Addisyn of coarse liked any extra cupcakes she could get her hands on! She doesn't look happy here but she really did have fun. She liked nocking on the door and saying Hi to every one!

This Last weekend we had lot's of fun with family who came to visit!  

On Friday we had 11 people staying in our Two bedroom apartment!

Addisyn had fun with her cousin Ella

Luckily on Saturday night we spent the night in the hotel!

We also had the chance of babysitting second cousin's it was so much fun!!

We had 7 adults and 10 kids again in our little apartment,it was a house full but it was way fun!!

         We had lots of fun with family and Addisyn had lots of fun with Grandma and Grandpa!

Potty Training begins!

We have started potty Training Addisyn and we
